Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Capdrot

Caroline and Gilles are very warm and friendly hosts who were immediately available for questions. The listing is as described in the photos. It is a truly extraordinary, very large apartment. The living room (formerly the station hall) resembles a museum, Caroline and Gilles have collected old station utensils and pictures and exhibited them there. The house and garden are lovingly restored and designed, the two have invested a lot of work (and money) to turn the old train station into a wonderful accommodation. There is nothing missing in the kitchen. The centre of Le Bugue is about 1 km away, via the beautiful bike path "voie verte" it is 4 km. We really enjoyed the bike tours and our accommodation. I also enjoyed the personal contact and a little "chat" in the evening, so I could use my "rusty" French skills again. Thank you for everything!

Would definitely return to this beautiful city and wonderful accomodation! Highly recommend this house- perfect for my husband, daughter, and 2 year old granddaughter! Room for more too! Loved it!!! Location amazing!

Tastefully arranged and very well equipped, clean and cozy. I had some difficulties on arrival to find the address due to rainy weather and work on the nearby bridge. On the other hand, no problem parking. Communication with my host was perfect. Would definitely stay again again for a future stay.

We loved this place. The location was perfect. Just steps away from the most beautiful medieval town of Sarlat. Close to a grocery store and a bank. You can park in front of the apartment for one hour free. Then you can easily find free parking down the street turn right at the Park sign. More parking up the road. We very much enjoy our stay in this lovely apartment.

From the moment we arrived it felt like home away from home, great location in the heart of Serlat, perfect for two couples, plenty of room, any questions asked where answered straight away, we were even able to stay an extra night which was great. Only one critic ! The bathroom with bath would be good if we could gang the shower head up ? That is my only critic, as the bath is amazing 🙂

I highly recommend Pascale's accommodation, everything is perfect, the location, the equipment, the environment (the countryside in the city!), the shops nearby not to mention the welcome which is great! For sure we will come back!

I only spent one night in Dominique's place, but it was a very pleasant stay. Domme is a beautiful village, full of charm. The property is conveniently located on the main street, in an old building full of character. This can cause some noise from neighbors or from the street, but by 9pm the village becomes very quiet. Had a really good time and won't hesitate to come back to the area and this place.

We stayed for 10 nights as 5 adults and 3 kids all under the age of 5. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the size of space and facilities available were excellent and we felt right at home. The cellar was a big hit with the adults and we all enjoyed the pool day and night. Plenty of nice villages and towns within driving distance if you want to get out and explore which we did on several occasions. Rachel will keep you right with plenty of local tips and info she’s a great host. I’m sure we will be back, thanks again

We were welcomed by Didier one night. It was warm and thoughtful because he bought us a “survival kit” for breakfast and recommended us the exceptional places to visit…this area is a real favorite. The cottage is great, you feel at home very quickly with the spacious living room and its superb fireplace, the comfortable bedding, as well as the hot tub that served every day. The outside is amazing, it's in the middle of the quiet greenery, where crickets accompany our days and evenings. The cottage is equipped for children…toys, books, bikes, swings and slides. A stone's throw from the Château de Bonaguil, it's easy to enjoy one of the most beautiful castles in the area as well as the restaurant downstairs. Didier, thank you so much for this week, it was perfect!

I rented this home to enjoy some family and friend time away from otherwise hectic French travel. This was perfect! It felt like staying in the home of a dear friend or family member. And, the host recommended a private chef who provided cooking lessons and a birthday luncheon! Unforgettable!! Unlike any other Airbnb property for its charming hosts, the beautiful character of the property and the amenities we enjoyed. Lots of nearby wineries, Bergerac had great charm and food, boat ride on the Dordogne, and more. No one wanted to leave! We hope to return!! Merci beaucoup, Karen & Charlie!!

A gorgeous old stone house with chic updates. We only used 3 bedrooms and they were all comfortable with modern baths. Many places to gather, especially outside. The living room was lovely and welcoming. The farnhouse kitchen was very well supplied. The pool house was to die for and we had cocktails and even dinner there one evening. The views! Gorgeous, with castles and hot air balloons. The hosts live on site and were delightful when we ran across them but very discreet. It definitely felt like “our” property. Nothing negative to say, and we were blessed with fabulous weather! It’s in the heart of the must see towns along the Dordogne, with many restaurants and sights within 5-10 minutes. We had a great family stay at Magali's. Very flexible and warm welcome, the house is really a gem in this very well maintained, equipped, swimming pool and garden without overlooking, provision of games… everything to have a good time! This is probably the best Airbnb property we have ever stayed in. It is in a peaceful location, set in very well maintained gardens, and with lovely views of the surrounding countryside, particularly from the outdoor dining terrace and the swimming pool. Tastefully renovated, it is also decorated, furnished and equipped to a very high standard, and the leisure and games facilities (swimming, table tennis, snooker, table football, boules) are exceptional. The Lot and Aveyron valleys, with their spectacular gorges and picturesque hilltop towns and villages, are as scenic as the Dordogne but much quieter and less frequented, and we spent three happy days exploring the area. The hosts, Fanny and her mother Marie, are extremely friendly and helpful, and made us feel very welcome. We would love to return to the property in the future.

A perfect position, a few minutes walk from the historic centre, and easy to come and go from. The home was comfortable with all the amenities we needed for our 4 day stay. We did not meet our hosts, but they were very helpful in sending recommendations for sites and restaurants in the area and very quick to respond to our questions. I would not hesitate to recommend this place as a perfect base for a stay in the Dordogne area.

Maggie & Ahm were terrific hosts! They were there to great us and available for any questions we had. The house is quiet and a very walkable distance to town where there are numerous places to eat. An overall enjoyable experience!

The apartment is tastefully decorated and furnished (choice of colours, organisation of spaces), kitchen equipment and dishes are in sufficient quantity. The location in the city centre is particularly pleasant for enjoying the city and getting around on foot. The apartment has double glazing, which is sometimes necessary when there is musical entertainment nearby, and, with the shutters, ensures a pleasant coolness in the apartment in the event of high temperatures. The terrace is a real complement for outdoor dining. Not to mention the free parking available for the duration of your stay. A big thank you to Florian and his team.

Location is a gated community that has a mix of residents and rentals. Beautiful countryside view. close to town. 4 minute drive to Carrefour grocery store. Steep hill down to town would be challenging for some walkers. There were a number of stone outside steps up to the apartment level. Very clean inside the apartment with comfy beds. Water power in upstairs toilette was weak. Overall a great choice in Sarlat.

We had a lovely four night stay in Cahor at Josy's flat. The location was great for both walking into the old town (the Cahor Wed & Sat market is much better than Sarlat) and for driving out into the countryside to explore the Lot region. While we chose this for the private parking, the flat was large, well-equipped, quiet, and very comfortable. It was a treat to have a clothes dryer as well as a washer. Josy was a helpful host who we enjoyed meeting. No hesitation in recommending this place!
