This is the perfect holiday villa, a true paradise with breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean! The villa is located in the best part of the Cap Skirring beach, the cleanest and most quiet area of the long beach. The residential compound (Les Alizés) is perfectly maintained, with beautiful plants and flowers and amazing staff. The location is super safe and there are many shops and great restaurants nearby. The property manager and the villa owner are available at all times for any questions or recommendations. I highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a perfect vacation in paradise!

LA Réserve Large house Cap Skirring with pool

Large spacious house with a small pool. The beach is not very close, you have to cross the village. We will especially remember the qualities of the man of the house: Ouzin, always available, helpful and smiling, an exceptional housekeeper! We also recommend the restaurant next door: Mother Nano where we ate well for cheap.

The site was magnified, breathtaking. We would like to thank Daba available anytime, Noa at the restaurant top with his gambas, Ousmane always helpful and the cleaners who held our villa spotless every day. The stay definitely exceeded our expectations. The apartment is very well-maintained, clean, comfortable bed, mosquito net in the windows, no insects inside. Very helpful staff. Leocadie helped us a lot with buying a ferry ticket to Dakar. Nothing bad to say about this place. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay. It was very easy to get to, peaceful, and absolutely beautiful. The kitchen was well equipped with utensils and a few essentials (salt, pepper, coffee, oil, etc.). Cooking was definitely the move, even if you can walk to the town of Cap Skirring on the beach (30 mins or so). One of the most satisfying vacations I've had in a long time.

The accommodation in a very quiet residence facing the sea with a very well maintained communal pool. The Guardian welcomed us with great kindness. The residence is very well maintained by Corneille le Gardien and Raphaël le Jardinier everything nearby: the sea, shops, and restaurants by the beach. the apartment is very good and pleasant. The bedding is very good.

We had a dream stay in this beautiful and quiet house, even more beautiful than in the photos. Everything is very comfortable and well-equipped. We enjoyed the beautiful pool and the beach just below. Communication with Lavinia has always been very simple, she helped us find amenities for our baby before we arrived and plan a few errands. A big thank you also to Alain the very nice caretaker and always available for a hand. We'll be happy to go back!

The house is in a residence with access to the beach. We already knew Cap Skirring and enjoyed being in a villa outside the city, quiet, with a beautiful pool and very nice garden. Two restaurants are within walking distance from the beach. Communication was easy throughout the stay.
