Very nice accommodation in ancestral house. As advertised. Dany is a very friendly host and he was welcoming. I recommend it!

We had a great time. There are many activities nearby: visit Île-aux-Coudres (30 min.), hike to Mont du Lac des Cygnes (30 min.) and shopping in the town of Baie-St-Paul (10 min.). The beds were very comfortable. The common area is very bright and the small balcony is well oriented to enjoy the sun. One small point to improve is that we would have liked the grass surrounding the outdoor fireplace to be cut as it was long and did not make us want to go there. The description of the cottage accurately reflects what is there. We recommend this cottage!

This was the third time we rented the Black House and it's starting to feel like a home away from home. Proximity to the cross country ski trails is fantastic and the house is spotless, cozy and the kitchen is well stocked! Stéphanie is incredibly responsive to all messages and very friendly in all communications. highly recommend!!!!!

We loved our stay at Lise’s space. Plenty of room and in a quiet neighborhood. Located away from the busy city area yet a very short and inexpensive uber ride into the heart of the city. We even walked back a couple of times in the evening it was close enough. Highly recommended staying here.

The chalet was beyond my expectations. Everything is perfect, I'll go back without a problem. I've done a few cottages in the area and it's by far my favourite The host is very accessible at all times Only positive things Thanks!!!

Charming home, would definitely recommend!

My boyfriend and I loved our little weekend in this cottage, very clean, and warm. Super intimate and quiet in the middle of nature, lots of birds and green spaces. Perfect for picking up!

We absolutely loved our stay! The hosts thought of everything — from fully stocked dishes and cozy bedding to coffee and thoughtful snacks waiting for us when we arrived. The space was spotless and beautifully decorated, and the grounds were immaculate. We met Holly during our stay and she was so sweet. Although we didn’t meet Nadine in person, she was incredibly responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again — it truly felt like a home away from home.

A lovely place to enjoy peaceful time with family or friends! We stayed in early June, and the neighborhood was beautifully green and picturesque. The home offers a stunning view of the hills and is tucked away in a quiet, private area. It was clean and well-equipped with almost all the amenities we needed. Marie was very helpful and responsive, which made our stay even more comfortable. Conveniently located about 30 minutes from Old Quebec and Parc national de la Jacques-Cartier, we had the chance to explore both the city and the national park. Highly recommended!

Clean space as described within walking distance to all Quebec City attractions. Parking spot is small so we opted to leave the car in the garage and take Ubers or walk to the Old City. I think overall good value compared to staying in a hotel, however be aware there is a homeless shelter one block away where a number of homeless people are milling about on the sidewalk so walking home at night from the wrong direction was a little sketchy. Not a problem for four adults but not ideal if traveling with small children in my opinion.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this place.The location was perfect, quiet and relaxing. Peter (Host) was incredibly responsive and welcoming by making our check-in/out smooth and easy. I especially appreciate the balcony view ! I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Quebec city.

We had a great weekend at Dany and Stéphanie's chalet. When we arrived we found that it was even better than in the photos. The cottage was super clean and well-equipped. The bed is comfortable. The living room/kitchen area is pleasant with large windows overlooking a small lake. A perfect place to relax.

My colleagues and I had a very pleasant stay at Sonia's. The loft was impeccably clean and exactly as in the photo. The open area and large windows were very popular. We would return without hesitation!

You can feel that she cares about the well-being of her guests: everything is designed for comfort, with great sensitivity and a lot of generosity. The accommodation is impeccable, clean and very comfortable. A small intimate corner where you can breathe in the river air and observe the birds in peace. A beautiful interlude of calm and sweetness — I recommend it without hesitation!
