This cottage features a master bedroom with a queen bed, a spare bedroom with double bed and a hide-a-bed for extra guests. Situated in the heart of the town, you will have quick access to a local grocery store and park (2km), 2-18 hole golf courses (6km), Shediac, Parlee beach and restaurants (11km).

Located just minutes from the Rocks Provincial Park, our historic five bedroom, two bath home has been in our family for more than 150 years, longer than Canada has been a country. It was completely renovated in 2017 while keeping the country character of the home. The property is large, with plenty of space inside and out, all within walking distance of the Bay of Fundy.

We offer a 700sq ft loft, it has a new kitchen, new stove, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots, pans etc. New hardwood flooring throughout loft and ceramic in the bathroom. I bedroom with a queen size bed. A double bed tucked away and a single cot. A newly renovated 4 piece bathroom. A living room with 2 love seat a chair end tables and television. We have added a water cooler and bottled water. We’re 3 minutes from Aboiteau beach.

Stroll to the top of the field and take in the view of Shepody Bay or hike through 40 acres of woodland trails on the property and bask in the calm quiet of the forest. Keep an eye out in the backyard for deer in the morning, visit the rabbits and chickens, and gather around the campfire in the evening to watch the stars appear.
