Just 15 minutes from the ocean by bike, the ideal base to explore the peninsula, summer and winter. Great for 2 families or a large group.

The villa is ideal for a peaceful stay. Constituated of large spaces, which allows easy access to every room in the villa. Everything in the house has been thought to make the life there very easy. It is quiet, well lighted, furnished by designer pieces and a lot of taste. You will have a unique feeling of quietness and disconnection, as well as the pleasure to live in such a beautiful, very private, house. The outside space and garden is huge, with enormous windows on each side of the villa.

Lovely wooden house located in the Cap Ferret village, 2 min walk from Plage des Américains, 10 min walk from Ocean beaches, many bicycle paths very close. 4 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, well equiped kitchen, dining+living room, nice covered terrace, BBQ, WIFI, parking spaces. New bedding. Sea shuttle+train available (Bélisaire-Arcachon) 10 min walk . For stays of 7 nights or more, linen, towels and cleaning are provided.
