IMPORTANT: A building is being built on the land in front of the property, with hours from Monday to Friday, from 7:30 am to 05.00 pm and Saturdays from 7.30 am to 02.00 pm. There could be more noise than usual, apologize for any inconvenience caused. For this reason, special rates are offered temporarily. Kitchen equipped with full kitchenware, ceramic hob, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and microwave with grill. In the bathroom there is a washing machine with a capacity of up to 8 Kg of load. SMART TV. The terrace is separated from the terrace of the apartment next door (similar features) by a door that is normally closed. Opening this door, both floors could be communicated by the outside. This would allow you to rent the two penthouses, thus allowing you to get a place up to 12 people in total.
