The apartment is excellent, super complete, clean and very well located. Bed and bath linens smelled and were of quality. The beach utensils were also great and were very helpful. We verify that the listing informs that the building has an elevator, but it does not. Although the apartment is on the second floor, it is important to adjust the information for those who have mobility difficulties. One point that we think could improve, but which is a matter of personal taste, is the lighting of the room and the suite with white light. We miss a warmer and more indirect light, to make these environments more cozy for a dinner or to watch a movie. Even so, we highly recommend Eduardo's apartment and would be back for sure.

Amazing place, exactly as in the pictures, very spacious… the host was very dear, when I needed it would immediately answer me by Whats …. Apê seems to be new, good location, complete suites, we were in 4 couples, where one of the couples has 2 children, and the space of both the suites and the other rooms were more than enough…. It's worth every penny spent, in addition to being in my opinion the best beach in SC, which is Itapema, the apartment is suitable for every group, from small to the whole family, the building itself is very quiet, the neighbors I met were all nice people, the location is very good, there are restaurants, pizzerias, snack bars, supermarket, pharmacy, convenience stores, that is, you can leave the car in the garage and do everything on foot. I recommend it for those who want peace and quiet and to have the feeling of being truly on the sand.

Wonderful family weekend at Casa do Araçá!! The house is very wide, cozy and airy. All were very well accommodated in the 6 air-conditioned rooms, linen and bath towels. All very clean and organized! The kitchen is very well equipped and the dishwasher makes it easy. For leisure, the beach is beautiful and peaceful. The kayaks and stand-ups had a lot of fun for the family. My son also played a lot in the leap. A special highlight goes to Rose and Sandra, hiring them was a great choice, because the food is delicious, the house was clean and we could enjoy the day at the beach. They even make dessert!! Livia is also super attentive and passes on all the necessary information. It really is a foot in the sand!

The house was perfect for our family. I had everything you need to have a great vacation. Micheli and Robson were very friendly and always willing to help us. The location was great, close to good restaurants and walking you could go to the beach. I definitely recommend it and would love to come back one day.

karin's house is very comfortable. There were 10 of us and we were very comfortable. the view of the beach of bombinhas is wonderful. very large environments. Parking for 2 vehicles. Close to the beach. karin welcomed us in the best way and always responded quickly. Keep in mind that the house is in Alto and for adults or people with reduced mobility it can be a bit exhausting the climb walking towards the house. the house is 100% recommended and having breakfast with that view is something spectacular.

The immaculate, luxurious, beautiful and very comfortable dpt. Close to the beach, super market and Havan. Hermosa view. A quiet area. It exceeded our expectations. And Genaro is attentive to our concerns.
