The house is situated in a pine forest area with large plots. It is a quiet area where only the birds are heard since the paths are dead-end and only the people we live here pass by. It is ideal for spending a few days authentic resting. We are halfway from the village and the beach, about 3 km each, and very close to large supermarkets, restaurants, etc... Near the house there are walking paths and a large public pine forest with facilities for sports or picnics.

It is located on a plot shared with two other houses. Each of them has its own individual, fenced area with privacy. Only the access area is shared.

On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms with two single beds each. The outdoor area has a private pool, two barbecues (one charcoal and one gas), a picnic area and fruit trees.
