Very comfortable apartment, exactly as shown in the photos, spacious and quiet backyard, clean and very nice pool to use. It has everything you need for everyday living in the apartment. Host Januário extremely friendly and helpful, gave tips on restaurants, supermarkets and cafeterias, responded quickly and was always willing to help. I will definitely be back to stay!

The place is very good. It met my expectations according to my tasks. It is a place for those who have activities throughout the day and come back to rest. The appliances are enough to prepare a snack or breakfast. I brought my mixer, so I was very comfortable. And the small fridge is enough. I suffered a little when I returned, the place is very stuffy and the air took time to cool down, but I had no discomfort sleeping... just a detail. Overall, only positive scores.

The place is much larger and better than the pictures demonstrate, all amenities were available and the place was extremely clean and organized. Location is great, with market, pharmacy and restaurant nearby. Seu José was extremely thoughtful and helpful. Myself and my family adore the space and will certainly return at another opportunity.
