Our apartment is located in a private gated urbanization that currently hosts a few homes. It is on the second level, where fresh air from the ocean welcomes you. Both main bedrooms hosts your private balcony and the third loft opens to another balcony for sunset views at your comfort. You are 200 meters away from beach access that leads you to the main town strip.

The property is located in the Urbanización Los Aposentos 5 minutes from Canoa, Manabí and can be reached by car or taxi. The area is very safe and access is monitored. From the house you have a great view of the sea and Canoa. From the apartment you can walk to the beach or a bay with caves in 5-10 minutes. Canoa can be reached on foot in 25 minutes during low tide. We have fiber optic internet and you could work online from here.
