Enjoy a private entrance, one bedroom with a queen bed, a den/kitchenette, plus a futon and comfortable blow-up bed that allows for up to four guests. Amenities include: internet, TV, coffee, microwave/air fryer, fridge, full bathroom; gazebo with campfire and barbeque. A sliding barn door separates the living area from the bedroom, and guests must walk through the bedroom to the bathroom.

The Birch Creek House is a 1900sqft, 3 bed, 3.5 bath house on 160 private acres 5 miles outside of the City of Escalante. The house is steps away from its name sake, the Birch Creek, which cascades down 2 waterfalls before joining with North Creek to form the Escalante River. The land borders Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument. In addition to the double waterfall mentioned above, the property also features several pictographs, petroglyphs, cliff dwellings of past inhabitants.
