It is composed of a living room area with access via concrete staircase that leads to the loft with a double bed, and another staircase leading down to ground level to the living area. There is an outdoor kitchenette and bathroom which leads off the living area. It has a small outdoor terrace equipped with table, chairs and an additional external shower. Air conditioning is included in the price (two air-conditioners). 30m from the sea..................... The beach below the house is free, but you can also find equipped beaches.

Casa Pomice is located on the parallel of the promenade, a stone's throw from the beach, in the seaside hamlet of Canneto. In the immediate vicinity you will find a supermarket, bakery, bar and continuing along the promenade small shops and places to eat. Two minutes away is the terminal of the bus that connects Canneto to the port and the center of Lipari (3 km). Connections are available until late evening in summer, at other times only during the day.
