Parking included. Very good situation: close to the center of Oviedo, banks, buses and taxis. The furniture in the rooms and living room is new, the double beds 1.50 of visco, exterior, very sunny. In-room TV. Free Wi-Fi and heating. Includes garage space, and it is free to park on the street in this area fairly. Fifth floor without elevator, but easy to climb :) There is a safe, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, a toaster, a toaster, and all the utensils. You will love the apartment :)
