Situat a una zona residencial molt tranquil·la, però molt cèntrica, a només 5 minuts a peu del centre històric, per visitar, comprar... Casa amb era, de més de 300 anys d´antiguitat, totalment reformada, mantenint l´essencia de l´estil rústic,però amb totes les comoditats. Està al casc antic del poble, en una zona molt tranquila. La casa disposa de tres habitacions (dues dobles i una triple) i dos banys. Te llar de foc , calefacció elèctrica I aire acondicionat .La cuina està totalment equipada . Ideal per gaudir d´uns dies de relax, i d´esports d´aventura( escalada, senderisme, BTT, barranquisme, parapent, esquí...)

The barn has a living room with a black kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a loft with two beds, and a sofa bed in the living room. It also has a double shower with a window to admire nature while showering. Fireplace, swimming pool, and river. And an environment with a monumental complex formed by a Romanesque church with a crypt, a modernist cemetery and an Iberian village 5 minutes away. Spectacular! 5 minutes from a rural restaurant and 10 minutes from the town/city.

It is a loft-style apartment, private and cozy for you to enjoy alone. There are no other guests. A place with a lot of personality and charm in the middle of mountains and nature. It is located inside an emblematic house in the center of Estamariu, a beautiful village in the Catalan Pyrenees 20 minutes from Andorra. If you like big-screen cinema, you can enjoy your favorite film in its private cinema room, the seventh art in the center of a privileged rural setting.

Enjoy the small cottage "Escola de Pallerols" with your partner or family. The house is an old school surrounded by natural scenery and signposted trails with unbeatable views. You can also enjoy good times by the fireplace in the cold season (we leave the firewood for you) The house can accommodate up to 4 guests. Can Comella està integrada en el teixit urbà del poble de Gavarra, un poble que a mitjans del S XX es va vincular al municipi de Coll de Nargó. Fins a principis del segle passat la casa estava habitada. Tot i les seves reduïdes dimensions, els elements constructius que conformen l'estructura d'aquest edifici són els originals, circumstància que converteix Can Comella en un exemple valuòs de l'arquitectura tradicional de la zona.
