The Condominium is not luxurious, it is simple . It has security cameras throughout the building, except inside the apartment. There are 4 towers, Kitnet is in tower 4, you can only see a very small piece of the beach. The neighborhood is well frequented, to do almost everything on foot, it has the boardwalk, restaurants, museums, ballads, aquarium, bike path, shopping, squares, fairies, beautiful people and much more. Santos is a city monitored by security systems. "ATTENTION" All the sockets are 220V -Proibido fumar
