The house is a duplex with a terrace and a view of the Bosphorus! There are two toilets/bathrooms in the house. Your room has a French balcony. The room door has a lock. I only have one room upstairs. There are cafes, restaurants, a market, and a greengrocer on the street. All means of transportation are available. It's a 4-minute walk to the pier and marina (You can swim in the sea), and a 3-minute walk to the Clock Tower and Bar Street.

Our 1+1 apartment, which is centrally located and a 2-minute walk from Yeni Kordon beach, has a separate kitchen and balcony. The apartment has a TV, washing machine, large refrigerator, Wi-Fi. All kitchen supplies that may be needed are available. Accommodation for up to 3 people with a double bed and a sofa bed. You can also take advantage of these facilities and the central location while staying in our apartment.
