A safe house, with an alarm, electric fence and concertina, quiet neighbors, a beautiful outdoor shower, a large balcony on the ground floor, a private backyard, in addition to the first floor with a balcony and an en-suite.

And just an 11-minute walk to Praia do Amor and 14 minutes to Chapadão. 13 minutes to the center.

We have only 1 km of dirt road and access is good for any type of vehicle, as maintenance is done periodically.
