The beach is equipped with a bar and restaurant where unforgettable sunsets will complete your vacation! In winter, there is a fireplace.

Lido di Lavinio station, with its multi-ethnic hustle and bustle, is 500 metres away and offers a 50-minute connection to Rome. Regional Road 207 Nettunense is 200 metres long. We are 6 minutes from the Tor Caldara Regional Nature Reserve (we recommend checking the opening hours).

Villa Anna

The villa is just 3 km from the center of Genzano di Roma, a town belonging to the Castelli Romani or Colli Albani. There are 2 connecting stations, the first is located in Cecchina, which is about 2.5 km away; the other is located in Campoleone, from which the train leaves for Rome every hour and arrives in just 20 minutes. The 2 lakes make the Castles truly fascinating, the first smaller one is located between Genzano and Nemi. The final cleaning fee is 100 euros to be paid on-site in cash.

It is a completely renovated house but with a vintage feel: we wanted to keep the original layout of the rooms and restored the family furniture from the early 1900s. It is a bright, cheerful house that breathes the sea, enlivened by the life of the town square with all the services available (train, beaches, port, restaurants and pharmacy).
