A stunning, large detached villa with 2 outdoor seating areas, beautiful gardens, driveway. On entering, the property leads to a spacious modern fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, large airy lounge. Archway leading to 3 double bedrooms all with fitted wardrobes, 1 with ensuite, 1 further bathroom with shower. Stairs lead from the terrace down to the private pool, bar, BBQ & seating areas. In addition there are stairs leading from the main deck up to a roof solarium with stunning views.

Mountain House

House full sea view 200 meters from the beach The house is ideally located, very quiet and comfortable (renovated in 2022). There are stairs, 4 steps from the dining area to the lounge, and bedrooms/ bathrooms on the lower floor. Access between the parking lot and the house is a pedestrian path in good condition not suitable for a person with limited mobility (about 50 meters). You can't park outside the door, you have to go through these 50 meters to access the entrance door of the house.

We rent our beautiful holiday home in sunny Camposol with private swimming pool. Tastefully and cozily furnished! There is 180kw included in the price weekly. At the end of your stay, the meter is viewed and the set-off is made at 0.30€/kw. You only pay for the electricity you use (in winter the pool can be heated - this is +- 28 degrees in winter) You will be met in person, where a security deposit of 400€ and cleaning fee of 125€will be requested.
