On the ground floor and first floor, managed by my brother, there is the Bianca and Rosa house of memories. The shared terrace is perfect for enjoying the beautiful sunset.

The Farm House is a recently renovated apartment located in a farm in Guidonia, only 30 km far from Rome and few minutes driving from Tivoli. The apartment is on the second floor and can accommodate max 4 people and has of 2 bedrooms, a livingroom with kitchen corner a bathroom with shower and a large parking. Our property is situated about 10 km from the Marco Simone Golf and Country Club in Guidonia, where the Ryder Cup in 2023 will be osted. ID Code 5581.

La Terrazza del Quintiliolo - Amazing view

Charming villa located about 2 km from Villa Gregoriana and the historic center of Tivoli, dominates both the lush Valle dell 'Aniene, and the splendid view of Rome, while immediately at its feet the Santuario della Madonna di Quintiliolo rises, from which the villa takes its name. At the back of the house, at a certain distance, the train tracks that connect Tivoli to Rome pass during business hours from 7am to 10pm: this is also a very evocative detail!

Take a dip into the past in this unique space rich in history. La Casa di Lu' is located in Tivoli, Piazza D. Tani, in the medieval old town. It is a very old square whose memories can be dated back to Roman times. The house, located inside Palazzo Coccanari, a historic building from the mid-16th century, has been recently renovated while maintaining its historical features, to give our guests a taste of the atmosphere of yesteryear.
