A historic property, renovated in 2020. The apartment is spread over three floors connected by spiral staircases. Situated in the open countryside, the house is accessed via a driveway shared with another private residence, with parking available right next to the building. As the driveway is old and somewhat narrow, a second parking area is provided for larger vehicles; guests are advised to contact the host for further details. The layout includes two double bedrooms, a room with two single beds (situated as a walkthrough space between the staircase and the second double bedroom), a terrace, an eat-in kitchen, and a small sitting area. There is also a library. The property offers 150 square meters of usable living space.

A "hut" on the edge of the woods

A country loft located at the foot of the Matese massif. Starting point for many trails leading to the Airola and Mutria mountains, as well as the mountain resorts of Bocca della Selva, Piana delle Pesche, and more. Located just outside the small village of San Potito, with the village centre no more than 600 metres away, the property stands on the edge of a privately owned coppice forest and is surrounded by a garden of maple, olive and other trees. The trails, all marked out by the CAI (Italian Alpine Club) and signposted, start behind the property.
