In the outdoor area we have the deck with barbecue and the pool for outdoor moments, this is even one of my favorite parts of the house!.

Apartment of 120m², in the heart of the Bom Fim neighborhood (central region of the city), with banks, supermarket, pharmacies, restaurants, various transportation options, UFRGS and all the bohemian life nearby. We are a young couple with no discrimination. We have two cats, very quiet and sociable. We speak both English and Spanish, we love to travel, and we are passionate about art.
