Cottage holiday rentals in Campo do Gerês

This house is in the most STUNNING location with AMAZING views. We arrived early hours and Tiago was more than helpful at this time. We were told of the house’s rich religious history which is reflected in the artwork and decor of the house. 7 of us stayed for 8 days 2 couples and 3 teens More than enough space for everyone to have their own privacy and more than enough room for 10 people. The grounds had fig, Apple and lemon trees which we were told we are more than welcome to use. Aldi and Lidl were a 15 minute drive (we rented a car) which was perfect for evening barbecues (huge wood oven outside as well as small grills) The pool was stunning, we spent most days in there from morning till night. It’s a great size and easy to shade with umbrellas if needed. We left our inflatables there for the next person, which someone had also done before we arrived, which was a nice touch. We can’t thank Tiago enough for an amazing 8days. Will defo visit again

A very welcoming home, excellent for our family weekend. We caught cold days with some snow so it was great to be able to be in the jacuzzi. The view to the mountains was the high point.

The stay was fantastic. Host Begoña is very friendly and helpful. It gave us a lot of information that served us to spend a great weekend. The unit was very clean and well kept. We will definitely repeat.

We had a fantastic day in Esmeralda's house! It is a beautiful and well connected village: one hour from Vigo e moi perto de Paredes de Coura, Ponte de Lima ou Arcos de Valdevez. In the house, with traditional architecture, it is well restored moi. It's nice and comfortable, well decorated, with a good bathroom and all kinds of garments and utensils for cooking. Or pillow mattress and as pillows are comfortable and with bed roupa and towels are prefectas. Or Cardin and beautiful and has sun loungers, tables and cadeiras to enjoy outdoor tamén do. Esmeralda foi friendly and polite. We'll turn around for sure!

Beautiful house to spend a few days quiet. Daniela is always very attentive, she explained everything to us perfectly and recommended several places to visit. 100% recommendation for those who are thinking of visiting Galicia.

Impeccable villa! It was restored not too little time ago, it has great equipment and furniture in general. Very beautiful and well decorated. It is located in a village with very quiet. Highly recommended for family gatherings and rest periods. Helder was always communicative and helpful. We had a small setback and Helder was very attentive and agile in the resolution. We had the opportunity to meet him and it was very nice. Anyway, we spent great family moments at Casa Titos. Highly recommended!

Wonderful stay here for 5 days. Helena was quick and responsive throughout. When I arrived, I met Paula, Sofia, Martinho and Francisco who welcomed and showed me the house and area. So generous to offer me a bottle of wine, water, biscuits on my arrival. The house is cozy and peaceful with a view of the farm where the sheep roam during the day. Comfortable bed, linen and beautiful antique decor to keep with the theme. Kitchen has a small fridge, kettle, microwave and stove. Beautiful spaces to walk and rest under fruit trees, 2 swimming pools in a peaceful natural setting. Even my cat, Samson enjoyed it. For company, we also had a cute friendly dog, Nina. It is a short drive to centre of Fafe, a lovely town with charming architecture. Helena provided useful recommendations on what to do and where to go. Guimaraes is a beautiful place, only 20 minutes from the house. All in all, a great stay and I'm happy to revisit one day again. Thanks for a great stay!

What can we say except what a wonderful property. The interior has been recently redecorated to a very high standard and tastefully furnished throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped should you require to cook. Maria is a fantastic host responsive to any questions you may have and gave us recommendations of places to visit. We really enjoyed sitting in the very large private garden during the evening. The area is peaceful and the mountainous backdrop only goes to enhance your stay. The private parking space is most welcome.

I had a wonderful stay in this cozy stone house. The atmosphere is super quiet, ideal for those looking for rest in the midst of nature, and the house was impeccably clean and well-equipped. The hostess Célia was extremely friendly and attentive, received us with great cordiality and shared great tips for tours around the region. In addition, it was always available for any support we needed. I highly recommend and would definitely return!

great location: close to bouro lands, close to the river, quiet place. the host left plenty of wood which allowed to light a fireplace and warm the house.

Maria Fernanda's casita was lovely, we felt very comfortable from the moment we were. María Fernanda was a truly attentive host, with several local recommendations to take advantage of the experience. I'm sure we'll be back.

We spent a week at André's house and we were delighted. A family home in a beautiful natural setting. The forest, the trees and the whole garden were very well cared for. We arrived at a simple beautiful unit, a quiet, clean place, lots of plants and a flap that gives a peaceful, calm and comfortable atmosphere, there is a common complex where there is a mini consumer, ping pong and snooker table, swings, hammocks, pool, and a mini ball court. Ana is very friendly and nice made us feel at home and good, helped us with recommendations and made sure to hear that everything was fine and we didn't miss anything. It was simply the best experience of our trip. Highly recommend! Great experience.

The stay was perfect. It has a large fenced garden. My dog really enjoyed it. He also welcomed us with a good bottle of cider! We'll definitely be back.

Happy stay, the house is beautiful and clean. Pool is very good with sun loungers. Fruit trees and a river. The house offers very fun board games for kids, so it makes the house great for bringing kids.

We had a fantastic stay at João and his parents' beautiful country estate nestled in the middle of a citrus hillside. The estate is approximately 25 minutes from Braga, making it a perfect retreat close to the city. The old stone houses are not only well equipped and furnished but also serve as a charming testament to the past, almost like staying in a museum. The pool was a highlight for us – very clean and a fantastic place to relax and unwind. The bathrooms were modern and nicely renovated, offering all the comforts needed for a comfortable stay. While everything was nearly perfect, a laundry machine would have been a nice addition for longer stays to wash pool towels and clothes.
