Appartamento elegante vicino al Colosseo

Rivivi la storia della città eterna soggiornando in un antico palazzo del XVI secolo fatto costruire da un cardinale, a pochi passi dai Fori Imperiali. Le stanze sono ampie, accoglienti, arredate con gusto e molti pezzi di modernariato e design. The flat's warm and casually elegant atmosphere is in a unique location in front of the Imperial Forums and two minutes walk from the Colosseum,it's everything very easy to reach!The flat is composed of two wide rooms, in the living room there are a queen size sofa bed, a 50es dining table and a new fully equipped kitchenette. In the bedroom there is a king size bed with a double wardrobe and an easy writing desk. The bathroom is in the bedroom, so it would be much easier for a couple to share the apartment with a family member than a friend. The apartment is at the second floor without elevator. You will be hosted in a two rooms flat with bathroom and kitchenette. It is always a pleasure for me to meet new people, i'll be reachable by message whenever my guests need infos or help,I will be glad to help them in their wandering around my city. L'appartamento è situato nel cuore del quartiere Monti, luogo d'incontro per i romani con i suoi numerosi ristoranti, negozi trendy e botteghe artigiane. Le strade e i vicoli sono quelli dell'antica Suburra, dove viveva il popolo dell'antica Roma. Two subway stops are few minutes steps from the apartment: Cavour and Colosseo. Many buses going in every directions of the city stops in the two closest main streets: Via dei Fori Imperiali and Via Cavour. Via del Colosseo is truly very well connected!!! If you are arriving from Termini Station you will take the subway/metro B direction Laurentina and you will step down to Colosseo stop.

Appartamento con ampio terrazzo a pochi passi dal colonnato di Piazza San Pietro

La grande terrazza offre piacevoli momenti di relax, un buon vino, un buon caffè in qualsiasi momento della giornata, grazie al pergolato che protegge dal sole e alla luce che permette di godere della terrazza anche di sera. L'appartamento è stato appena ristrutturato con parquet nelle camere da letto, una cucina accessoriata e mobilio nuovissimo. Le camere da letto possono essere entrambe matrimoniali oppure una matrimoniale e l'altra con due letti singoli, a seconda delle esigenze. Su richiesta viene fornito anche una culla per bambini piccoli. Gli ospiti avranno accesso all'intero appartamento Saremo a vostra disposizione per ogni vostra esigenza o anche solamente se avete bisogno di consigli su dove andare a mangiare o cosa fare la sera Via delle Fornaci si trova proprio di fronte al Colonnato di San Pietro, raggiungibile in 5 minuti a piedi. La zona offre vari servizi, tra cui numerosi bar e ristoranti. Proprio di fronte al portone dell'appartamento c'è la fermata del bus n. 64 che dalla Piazza di San Pietro arriva direttamente alla stazione Termini, passando per il Foro Romano e Piazza Venezia.
