Starting point for many trails leading to the Airola and Mutria mountains, as well as the mountain resorts of Bocca della Selva, Piana delle Pesche, and more. Located just outside the small village of San Potito, with the village centre no more than 600 metres away, the property stands on the edge of a privately owned coppice forest and is surrounded by a garden of maple, olive and other trees. The trails, all marked out by the CAI (Italian Alpine Club) and signposted, start behind the property.
