Located just outside the small village of San Potito, with the village centre no more than 600 metres away, the property stands on the edge of a privately owned coppice forest and is surrounded by a garden of maple, olive and other trees. The trails, all marked out by the CAI (Italian Alpine Club) and signposted, start behind the property.

The living room is elegant and prestigious, in the tower there is the library. It offers two spacious and bright rooms with original and stylishly decorated terracotta floors. It has two bathrooms, one of which is private. The structure is completed by a large dining room with a fully equipped kitchenette.
