Cerca de la reserva de Cabo Tiñoso, La Azohía es un paraíso para los amantes del buceo. La playa está a 400 metros y el complejo dispone de dos piscinas. La comida en esta zona es estupenda, con bares en la playa en verano. Durante todo el año, en el pueblo hay un supermercado y varios restaurantes. La milenaria ciudad de Cartagena se encuentra a 25 min en coche.

Ático en primera línea del mar con terraza enorme para quiénes buscan oler y ver el mar en su día a día. Aquí se vive la naturaleza rodeada de azul con paz y tranquilidad. Posibilidades de disfrutar del buceo, excursiones en kayak, rutas por la montaña, visitas a la Torre de Santa Elena e incluso avistamiento de cetáceos en barco! Reformado por completo en el año 2025, este apartamento conserva la historia del edificio centenario en el que se sitúa. La reforma llevada a cabo por el estudio de arquitectura GÁLVEZ+DÍAZ ha conseguido rescatar los pavimentos hidráulicos originales ocultos bajo dos niveles de baldosas, restaurar las puertas balconeras y el mirador modernista de la fachada y poner en valor el ladrillo macizo de los muros de carga originales del edificio y su estructura de vigas de madera aserrada.
