It's a beautiful old house with a pool, completely private with no common areas. Located just a short walk from the famous 59th Street, which is full of cafés, restaurants and bars. The décor is colonial. The living room features a sofa, a 50-inch TV with Netflix, Wi-Fi, a dining area for 6 people, and a kitchen equipped with an induction hob, a fridge and a microwave. There is 1 bedroom with a king-size bed, a 32-inch TV, 1 air conditioner, a wardrobe, and a bathroom with hot water. Air conditioning is only in the room .
