CASUEÑA is a beautiful villa featuring a private saltwater-chlorinated pool that is heated all year round, a wood-fired BBQ, large trees, a six-burner cooktop and a 90-cm oven. It has a fantastic 50-m² veranda that will be the main hub of activity at the house, with the BBQ and heated pool located next to it.

Equipped with air conditioning, a living room with a fireplace, a full kitchen, and bathrooms on both floors. A ping-pong table and playground are available. Outside there is a porch, swimming pool, garden and barbecue. Access by a 350-meter dirt road.

Located 15 minutes from the airport, with magnificent views. A deposit of €500 is charged, which will be returned at the end, and a 20kw electricity fee per day is included. If consumption is higher, it will be charged separately. People other than guests are prohibited from entering the house, as are parties and noise that bother the neighbors. Smoking is not allowed inside
