Beautiful villa in the hills of Santa Ponsa. Close to the center with frontal sea views and views of the beach of Santa Ponsa. Our house impresses with two luxurious terraces. Our house is also equipped with a beautiful outdoor kitchen in summer and a sauna for the winter months. Note on pool heating: The pool is heated to around 24 degrees in the winter months. These figures are average values and may vary upwards or downwards.

In a quiet side street of Port Andratx, just a few meters from the harbor promenade and a sea access, this "beach style" penthouse apartment is located in a private house entrance, in a small building with only one other neighbor on the ground floor. The penthouse has been painstakingly renovated and completely newly tastefully furnished and with a lot of love for detail.
