You shouldn't have high expectations about this place. But it's an authentic village house, located high in the mountains. There is everything you need for life, the owner is very responsive, always ready to help. Good value for money. The views are just fabulous. Not far from the house there are two small beautiful waterfalls.

This is the best apartment I’ve ever been! Everything is very clean, the furniture has a good quality. There is the great view on tea plantation! Ms Derya is very supportive and humble. All our requests were appreciated and we felt like home. If I be in this region one more time, I’ll try to stay here! I strongly recommend to choose this option for families!

A homely place far from home, spacious for 5 of us, adults. Ahmed and family treated us kind and well. They served us home grown organic breakfast every morning. The view from the balcony is simply awesome. There's enough room for our rental minibus, although it was a challenge to drive up the hill the first time. after that, we got the hang of it. I truly recommend this property and definitely would stay here again. Thank you yo Ahmed, Veysel and family for hosting us.

Everything was very nice. The location of the house was in a very good place. The house was quite clean. If I ever come to Risa again, there was definitely a place I might want to stay in.

mr. Haluk was really helpful, he was a caring and helpful gentleman. The location of the house was great, we were within walking distance of everything we wanted, coastal shopping malls, restaurants, central and touristic areas. The interior of the apartment and the products offered were clean. The only thing that bothered me was going up and down more than once in the day 8 times:) Apart from the lack of an elevator, Haluk vey, who owns his apartment, his location and his owner, was absolutely perfect. It was a good experience, thank you for everything
