You shouldn't have high expectations about this place. But it's an authentic village house, located high in the mountains. There is everything you need for life, the owner is very responsive, always ready to help. Good value for money. The views are just fabulous. Not far from the house there are two small beautiful waterfalls.

This is the best apartment I’ve ever been! Everything is very clean, the furniture has a good quality. There is the great view on tea plantation! Ms Derya is very supportive and humble. All our requests were appreciated and we felt like home. If I be in this region one more time, I’ll try to stay here! I strongly recommend to choose this option for families!

The house was the same as in the photos, the view was happy and in a peaceful bay, and the way out on the hill was smoothly open at night. The house was clean, but there were a few minor shortcomings, there was a bocek, but the wood will be in the house, it is normal, you are in the forest. The host helped with everything, and it was very good to be close to the plateaus due to its ulastic location at any time

The apartment is spacious, tidy, and clean. The breathtaking views surround the apartment from every side, and you can enjoy them whether you are in the rooms, the living room, the kitchen, or even the bathrooms. I would like to thank Mr. Suleiman for his kind spirit, generosity, constant smile, and willingness to serve us whenever we ask for it. I would also like to thank his daughter who made our stay in the apartment easy and helped us carry our bags and provide what we needed. I would highly recommend the apartment, especially for those who love nature, and especially for those who have a car because the building is located on a high site.

Great apartment, with a great view. Pleasant hosts who helped check in and showed everything. The apartment has everything you need, washing powder for your belongings, dishwashing machine gel. Everything went great. There is no air conditioning in the sleeping rooms, you have to sleep with the window open, so you need to bring earplugs, with the window open there is noise from the road. We found a life hack, moved the mattress from the bedroom into a large hall, and slept to the sound of the waves of the sea. Slept very sweetly.

What a beautiful location! We had everything we needed and it was so peaceful. We traveled with our four kids and had enough space. I only wish the main bed was positioned where it is easier to use.

A great option for a small group. There were three of us - and each had their own bedroom. And also in the apartment there is a shared room, dining room +kitchen, two bathrooms, two balconies. Spacious place that has everything you need for your stay. Stilting machine, large refrigerator, dishes. And what is very important - the apartment is very, very clean, everything was just sparkling. Kadir was in touch all the time, solved all our problems and gave all the necessary elocities - where to eat in the city, what to see. We had a big trip to Karadeniz, and this apartment was the most convenient and clean. Recommended from a clean heart.
