The house is very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen had a nice fridge with a good filter water system and they also have another really good fridge that if you are celebrating any event is perfect for those drinks. The kitchen in general is pretty good and BIG. The common areas are very nice, all with a/c wich is really needed in Cuba.The backyard and pool were always very clean because they have a person who clean every day. All a/c around the house worked very good and the generator covered everything in the house when the power went out; one of the day the generator had a little issue but I called Eduardo and he came to fix it himself in 30 mins, and only took him to fix like 5-10 mins..I loved that.The rooms are very spacious and comfortable and the bathrooms are good too. I would definitely come back and recommended it because all my family and me loved the house and we had a really nice family time there with no issues.the house is surrounded by embassies wich it make it safe

It's an incredibly spectacular house. Large comfortable and house room with its bathroom and total privacy. Ideal to share with friends and have a great time in the large patio with a pool. Cleanliness and comfort of 10!

It was a wonderful, memorable stay. We will be sharing this listing with many more people. Visiting Cuba can be tricky with travel arrangements, cell service, etc. Lexa was a kind and responsive host who cared for our needs. We wouldn't think about booking any other space.

We stayed for 3 weeks, and would return. This review must start with the world class hosts Janet and Victor who were always responsive and soooo helpful. The unit was clean and had everything was as described. We discovered many good restaurants in town, and the beach was private and very nice.

We spent only two days... we felt very comfortable!! Ideal for three, four people. The Miramar area is the quietest in Havana. The apartment is as it appears in the photos. The pool is the best thing that can happen to you in the Cuban heat. Tania and Pelayo are very kind... attentive to our needs. I recommend this apartment 100%. Kind regards.

Our stay at Carlos' place was great. The space is fantastic and very well decorated. Janio (Carlos' concierge) was extremely attentive and helpful. Having a phone with a local sim card makes all the difference! Staying at this place gives you more than just a place to sleep. Price is on the high end of the range compared with other places and could perhaps be lowered a bit, but if your budget allows, I would still recommend it! I give this place a 10/10!

Amazing appartement! Calm place and the terrasse is great. I have nothing negative to say about this place. If you want to have a quiet and private place, this is certainly a good choice. 15 minutes away from the Capitol by walk! Every question I had was proactively answered!

We had a great stay at Gabriel and Nelson's house. They were attentive, friendly and gave us directions of where to find things in the area. Nelson welcomed us and showed us around the house, and even gave us two mangoes from the tree that's in the backyard. The house is two blocks from the beach, in downtown Guanabo, near to restaurants and other amenities. It is comfortable and everything is as described in the listing. We will definitely come back!

This place was so nice! Idanya is such a sweet lady and so helpful, which is really nice in Cuba. She helped me with currency and phone minutes--any questions I had. The location is on a quiet street close to the main road and beach. I personally like being in the quiet neighborhood that is peaceful while still being close to the action. There are some great restaurants near by and a beach club that rents cabanas. The place was nice with perfect signal TV and large yard with soft grass. I would definitely come back and would recommend staying here.

I was staying for 17 days with the family impeccable attention. Lovely people. The expectacular house with all the amenities central and with supermarkets. Restaurants. Nearby. Laura's place was great, house staff (Osmel and Yanixa) were incredibly kind. They were very attentive and so helpful throughout my stay. They brought me coffee from the market, helped me hire a driver and made the arrangement for me. One night I wanted to watch a movie from my laptop, Osmel was kind to bring me an HDMI cable for the TV. Very trustworthy and polite people. They even cut me fresh pineapples! Brought me beers without ripping me off. They provided me instructions and took time out to be available. They accommodated my late flight, gave me recommendations of places. I can speak very highly of them and for their care. The house was very nice, more like a mansion. No power outages, I always had hot water with pressure. Washroom was very nice with a double sink. Bed and linens were great. Kitchen was solid with a big modern fridge and stove. Living room had a great big sectional sofa. Dining table was very nice, with fresh flowers on the table. Backyard was great!

I stayed at this Airbnb for a full month and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The apartment was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated with beautiful artwork throughout—it added so much character and charm to the space. It had everything I needed for a comfortable long-term stay, including a washing machine, which was incredibly convenient. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the Wi-Fi was reliable for all my day-to-day needs. The location was ideal—safe, central, and within walking distance of great restaurants, local markets, and some of Havana’s most iconic spots. It was the perfect home base to explore the city. The host was kind, attentive, and always quick to respond to any questions or requests. I truly felt at home here. I’m already looking forward to staying again on my next trip to Havana. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable, and authentic experience!

I stayed in Carlos' apartment in Havana and found it very welcoming, located in a delightful area of the city, perfect for immersing yourself in the local atmosphere. Although not a very recently built structure, it is still well-functioning and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Recommended for those looking for an authentic and comfortable experience.

Marcos is a great, responsive host. He has a good command of English and has obviously invested in this Airbnb’s facilities, especially the lovely, modern en-suite bathrooms. We have always stayed in different places each visit to Havana but look forward to staying at Marcos’ Airbnb again in the future.

The cottage was the best of three different places we have stayed at when visiting Vedado this past year. Loved the artwork and the breezy patio. Beautiful garden.

My friends and I (6 people) felt safe and secure at Tania's house for two weeks. The house staff was polite and always available to help us and kept our stay comfortable. We are grateful for the opportunity to check in early in the morning upon arrival. A pleasant bonus was the presence of WiFi, which nevertheless can work unstable depending on the day of the week and time of day, which is a peculiarity of the work of the Cuban telecom operator. It is impossible not to mention the presence of a large terrace on the roof of the house, where in the evenings you can discuss with friends plans for the coming days of the trip and drink a couple of cocktails.

It was a wonderful stay, we felt right at home. Roberto was always attentive to what we needed. I would stay at her house again without hesitation

incredible value. we have the entire place to ourselves and it was just four of us. super helpful staff that gave recommendations on things to do and where to go along with exchanging money and making meals on demand. we hung out with them and got to really enjoy ourselves. I would recommend this location for groups that want to be close to everything and walkable. also nice that there is security at the house every evening and staff available 24/7 to help with any needs.

Due to heavy thunderstorms the WiFi went down on the first night, but you can’t control nature. I thought it was a blessing in disguise. We managed to enjoy the house so much more and each other’s company. The staff was amazing. The staff had coffee ready for us in the am before we could even request it. The pool is a very nice touch. The security guard at night helps give no second thoughts, even tho Havana is a very safe city. Would certainly go back. Enjoyed our entire stay!

This place is beautiful. You feel welcome and very comfortable. We ordered breakfast in the morning for about 6-7 euros. The two ladies were very attentive and eager. In the evening, a night doorman comes to watch out. So you have the feeling that there's always someone there if you have any questions. Special thanks to Fernando. It's the best.
