Everything was excellent!! The reservation was for my family, they were super satisfied!!! My sister's car broke down and he recommended a mechanic. There was also a weather alert and they were able to stay one more day. Juan was very attentive, he always responded to messages super fast!

Ideal apartment for a person who wants a short stay in Mardel. The best location, it has everything nearby, warehouse, laundry, kiosk, greenery, up to a wester union! A metros De Olavarría and 1 block from Güemes, all means of transport available. Hosts always attentive to needs. Thank you so much.

la Casa de Laura is huge, it has a Quincho very Lindo, pity that the time did not reach me to enjoy it, but overall a very spacious house, Laura is always attentive to us.

The house is as shown, it could improve the cleanliness in depth, and some normal maintenance details of a home, but Ana immediately took care of everything and the communication was excellent at all times. I thank you for being flexible with check-in/out times. It is very well equipped and completes the house. We went in low season, the environment very quiet and maybe to go to the supermarket we had to walk a little more than if we had gone in high season with more open venues. It met my goal of a quiet and relaxed place. I suggest putting a handrail in the first section of the staircase, although it is small, for an elderly person it can be complicated… But our stay being three adults + a medium dog, it was very comfortable and we really enjoyed the surroundings, the wooded patio and the tranquility of the neighborhood. Very useful the lounge chairs and umbrella and the French press type coffee machine which we used our entire stay!! I would come back.

Beautiful apartment! Same as the photos, super clean and with all the amenities (towels, towels, sheets, coffee maker, toaster). It has a little patio with a grill and the necessary elements to cook. The wifi works great (I came to work and throughout my stay worked wonderfully). Lugar para park at the door, a service station on the corner where you find ice, charcoal and so on. Luján una divina, all directions and easy access to check in and out. I will definitely be staying here again next time!

The apartment is very nice and spacious, as shown in the pictures. It has an incredible view and is in a downtown area with a possibility to move on foot everywhere. Also nearby there are pantries, washing machine, bars, restaurants, etc. Highlight is the 24-hour security of the building with a doorman who is attentive to the entrances of each. Very comfortable for 5 people, except for the armchair-bed in the living room but Mariano and Renata were attentive to our restlessness and reached us an extra mattress. I recommend the apartment, we had a great stay of a week!

The depto. is as it is published in the photos, for us the security on both balconies and the garage was something that weighed quite in the decision to rent because we have a small girl. The place has an ideal location, close to the Hotel Provincial but also close to Güemes. The kitchen, very complete (we did not cook but we had utensils available in case of wanting to). The pool is heated and was something we didn't know so it was a nice surprise and we were able to enjoy it quite a bit. To repeat, without a doubt. Thank you, Fernando!

The place is very nice and manicured. Silvina's apartment is beautiful and super well equipped. It doesn't seem like a rental apartment, but rather one to experience it. The location is excellent if one wants to be calm and enjoy the sea, sun, beach and tranquility. While you have to arrive with a van or a vehicle that has all-wheel drive, it is not far or difficult to get to. 100% recommended place. Silvina is very attentive and is always available. Highly recommendable as a host.

Our stay was excellent. Gustavo was always attentive to our needs and comfort, he was very kind. We went with our little dog and we felt very safe and calm. It's very easy to get parking in the block during the afternoon/evening so we almost always left it at the door, it's a very safe area.
