Enjoy all that Ky Lake area has to offer! Condo is located at Big Bear Resort. It has an open concept living area, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths & fully equipped kitchen. The living space extends to the deck, overlooking the lake, with additional seating & gas grill. There are queen beds in 2 of the bedrooms; 2 full beds in the third. Washer/dryer are available for your use. The condo is a one-floor unit, with 3 parking spaces (one at the front door; 2 in the rear). There are 3 stairs at the front.

There is room for 1-4 people to stay with a fold out couch in living room and 1 queen bed in the bedroom. A blackstone and porch furniture makes it easy to grill out and relax. Plenty of parking for boats.

Grand Rivers is located on Land Between the Lakes. Kentucky and/ or Barkley Lakes are great for fishing and recreation. There are hunting areas nearby as well. Grand Rivers is the home of the famous Patti’s restaurant. Uptown has unique shops and the Bagett theater for family entertainment all within walking distance. We have a huge yard with a fire pit to relax by, corn hole and hillbilly golf already set up. Plenty of room to park your boat.Grand Rivers has something for everyone.

This listing is for 1 floor of the home “Wilson's Landing". The main floor has a living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, both have queen beds and a pull out couch in the living area. Renting one floor allows you to enjoy all the amenities with a smaller group for a cheaper price and maintains privacy, as we will only rent one floor at a time! If you have a larger group, checkout our other listing for renting the whole home. We are located 1/2 mile from the amazing cedar hill market.

It is one bedroom apartment in the basement of our home, with no cleaning fee because we want you to treat it as you would your home. There is a separate entrance and access to 26 acres of hills and trees. We have two horses on the property and feed from anywhere 3 to 15 deer each evening. We are 4.2 miles from I-24 and 7 miles from Kentucky lake, Patti's, Turtle Bay and the marina. Full kitchen available and beautiful sunsets. It is beautiful, words cannot do it justice.
