This stay was so lovely! Clean, bright space in a really nice building. The area was great for walking and we loved having a washing machine. There’s a rooftop gym that is small but effective and also has yoga mats to use if you wanted to workout on the roof outside of the gym room- we loved spending time on the roof and enjoying the view and the breeze! Host was very kind and great at responding and helping. Thank you!!!

My friend and I had a wonderful two weeks at Reasey's place. It is a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo. It was very clean and well-equipped and she left little extras (coffee, tea, instant noodles) for us which were appreciated on arrival. The building is fantastic as it has a rooftop garden with beautiful views of the city. There is also a cafe/bakery, mini mart, and gym/swimming pool on the 4th floor which were super convenient. The neighborhood is completely safe and there are many restaurants within walking distance. There are tuk-tuks always around too which make it convenient to get around the city if you don't feel like walking. Reasey checked in on us and was always super responsive. She is a wonderful host and I highly recommend staying at her place. If I go back to Phnom Penh, I will definitely stay at her place again. Thank you for everything Reasey!

i like this place so much!! the apartment was full and i like the electric oven and the electric kitchen!! the bed is so confortable! i mean that i can go back there!!!

First off, I had an enjoyable stay at the Mangrove. A couple of things: I had trouble finding the lock box and getting in. I do realize it was most likely because it was 2AM (delayed flights) and I was already frustrated and tired. But lock box is small and on the wall outside the office area and I had trouble seeing it as I thought it was ‘in’ the office and of course because of the late time, no one was there. Once inside, no issues at all, place was as described & spacious. Thick walls so I didn’t hear when others were moving about in common space. Host was responsive; came right away to give new batteries for remote control & again when 2 of our keys stopped working -luckily we had three of them. Fixed keys straight away. The cleaning crew came but didn’t give fresh towels -maybe that is usual in an Airbnb stay? I was there 11 nights so it would have been nice, but I didn’t ask for new ones so that is my fault. Would consider staying here again.

Really lovely apartment. Looks even better than in the pictures. The staff who work in the apartment building were really friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Phnom Penh. Thanks for a great stay!!!

We had a great stay here. The host was very responsive and helpful. The apartment was very comfortable. The location was nice with shopping in walking distance. And it was cheap and easy to get a tuk tuk to other areas of the city.

We stayed in Sophina’s apartment for 2 months. It was comfortable, clean and convenient. We appreciated the washing machine, rooftop pool and very comfortable bed. It’s in a quieter part of town but there are always tuk tuk right outside so transport was very easy and inexpensive. There are 2.grocery stores nearby and lots of restaurants.

My stay at Praseth Pich’s place was absolutely wonderful! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Praseth Pich was incredibly responsive, making sure I had everything I needed. The location was perfect for relaxing, and we especially loved infinity pool. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would love to stay here again in the future.

not a touristy area, but safe to walk around. easy to get transport. need to use the restaurant next door door grab location otherwise no one will know where it is. kitchen set up not western style, but still very usable for counter space. no fans, so had to use the ac a lot. comfy couch & bed. ham bathroom doesn't flush well so quit using it.

We enjoyed our stay in Tom's place. In fact we extended out stay twice! Tom was quick to respond to any questions we had and even brought over an extra pan so we could cook. The apartment is very nice with a great view and very comfortable bed and couch. The pool is definitely is the best I have seen in Phnom Penh. The area around the apartment is still developing. The mall below the apartment has many empty shops, but I am sure that will change soon. There are Chinese restaurants and a small grocery store across the street. Aeon mall is a 1 minute tuk tuk ride away, and the other popular areas of the city can be reached in a matter of minutes. I would definitely stay here again!

Dieser Ort ist atemberaubend und sensationell gelegen. Auch wenn wir normalerweise das authentische Leben und Wohnen bevorzugen, ist dies eine interessante Alternative und Unterkunft. Alles sicher und sauber, der Pool und das Fitnessstudio in der 55. Etage eine Highlight und großartig. Über dem Mekong und dem anlaufenden Tonle Sup River sowie die Skyline der Stadt. Kurz uns wunderbar, sehr zu empfehlen. Wir hatte eine tolle Zeit🤗🙏🧘🏽‍♂️

The place is great and in a prime location.

Darwin Villa was a wonderful place to stay. A private room with a balcony spa bath, overlooking the Mekong River. The sunrise and nighttime view were spectacular. I will definitely stay again. 5 stars.

Benz was very responsive to my enquiries. The studio apartment was clean. Shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, tissue, toilet paper provided. Water pressure was good for shower. No foul smell in bathroom. Flush toilet worked well. We enjoyed our stay. Btw this unit is on the 9th floor. Thank you Benz.

Très belle surprise A+! 10 minutes d'un excellent supermarché à l'européenne. Starbuck, pâtisserie française et restaurants chinois, japonais, cambodgiens, etc à 2 minutes ainsi que le Casino pour les intéressés. Arrivée et contact faciles. Localisation parfaite. Appartement avec vue superbe. Piscine et centre sportif extra et très facile d'accès. Équipement: excellent matelas, tranquilité pour dormir, tv et technologie A+, vue superbe, complexe sécuritaire complètement, eau potable avec réservoir dans l'appartement: un must, et plus encore... Si vous avez besoin de quoi que ce soit, demandez à votre hôte, il est super gentil et vous répond très rapidement. Nous y étions pour quelques jours et nous avons prolongé avec plaisir. Séjour très agréable A+! Merci Eric.

Très satisfaits de notre séjour chez Sandrine. Nous sommes restés 1 mois. L’immeuble et l’appartement sont spacieux et confortables. Le personnel est serviable. Des commerces, supermarché moderne et petit marché khmer, sont accessibles à pieds dans la rue de l’immeuble.

The apartment was exactly like the photos, spacious and very modern. It was a space that you could definitely stay at long term. The entire apartment, the appliances in the kitchen and the bathroom all seemed very new and modern. The building was always clean and well maintained, with friendly staff. The gym and pool area were amazing, they were well looked after, very accessible and a huge bonus to get with your stay. The value you get for what you pay is very good. Cao was a really friendly, polite and helpful host - the communication was always really fast and Cao was always very quick to help out with any request or message. Again - very pleasant stay, a good apartment for a long or short term stay!
