FINCA ESCALANTE is a duplex house where we try to merge the beauty of its façade and romantic-style colors with a modern and functional interior. The ground floor is occupied by the garage for two cars. The 1st floor of 90m2, is made up of a large and comfortable kitchen open to the dining room and living room overlooking the property and a bedroom with a bathroom. The 2nd is made up of an open office, a bedroom with a bathroom and balcony and the main one with a dressing room, bathroom and terrace. Wi-Fi, TV in all rooms.

The house consists of 2 floors, a 1st where you find the kitchen, living room and a full bathroom, and the 2nd floor consists of 2 double bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. The house is fully equipped. The area is very central, with supermarkets, grocery store, pharmacy, post office, bars in an environment of 200 meters on foot.
