Private Malibu Getaway with White Water Ocean Views

Fire up the barbecue on a spacious private deck as the sun sets over the Pacific. This intimate and modern guest suite offers spectacular panoramic ocean views. Jump into your own private plunge pool (6’x12’) to cool off, or take a short walk to the beach. This is the perfect spot to escape the crowds and relax in your own secret hideaway. Our place is a beautiful one bedroom multi-level modern apartment with amazing views and loud waves. It is perfect for 2 people but can accommodates up to maximum of 4 people: queen size bed in the bedroom, and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Bedroom, bathroom and a walk-in closet are located on the upper level of the apartment. Bathroom has a shower cabin. Washer and dryer are in the bedroom behind the curtain. Open plan living, dining and kitchen area are on the lower level of the apartment leading to the big outside deck with the small pool. Kitchen has all the amenities - refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, gas stove/oven with plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. We provide light breakfast - coffee, tea, oatmeal. The pool is at the deck level, just right outside of the apartment main entry. The pool can be heated for an extra daily fee of $50.00 BBQ is available, if you wish to grill something. Our home is a non-smoking environment. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, either inside or outside. We politely ask to respect our guest policy and not to have more than 4 people in the apartment. Guests that don't follow our policy will be reported to Airbnb immediately. We are located right off PCH up the hill. You can access the apartment by going down the long set of stairs along the blue railing on the left side of the property. There is plenty of free street parking at the apartment. Always available in person, via phone or text, if you need anything. The guest suite sits in the lower level of the main house on a quiet street. It's within walking distance to Duke's, Old Malibu Courthouse, and La Costa Country Mart. The house is located in eastern Malibu. Why wait - come and experience the beautiful Malibu firsthand! Many people rent a car or use a car service like Uber or Lyft, but public transportation is also available. Metro line bus #534 (bus stop is 3 minute walk from the house) takes you to downtown Malibu and Santa Monica, and from there you can transfer to the Expo train line which takes you to downtown LA and elsewhere. There are also Big Blue Bus and Culver City Bus lines available in Santa Monica. It’s almost never winter in Malibu: sunny and warm, gorgeous sunsets and sunrises. Malibu always offers a great escape from a busy city to enjoy the ocean, beach and sun.

We created a little suite that has a separate bedroom, a separate living room, and a private bathroom with amazing views of the valley hills and the city right by the pool. Our place is close to Malibu, Camarillo Outlets, Ronald Reagan Library, Amgen, Hiking, Ventura, Parks, 25mins from various Beaches, Halfway point between Los Angeles and Santa Barbara, 40mins or so to Los Angeles/Hollywood and 1hr drive to Santa Barbara. You’ll love it because of the quiet neighborhood, a private suite and space all to yourself. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, & business travelers. *Heater and A/C inside unit.

Extra Large studio apartment in a hillside home. Full private kitchen, bathroom with shower, dining area and pool (unheated.). Located in the picturesque town of Santa Paula, 15 miles to Ojai and 17 miles to Ventura. I live in on the top floor of the home though there is ample privacy between the units and separate, private entrances. Full use of the pool. I do my best to let guests have the pool to themselves. NOTE: BED IS ON THE SOFT SIDE
