At the foot of the Alpilles, close to the Luberon, Avignon, St Rémy en Provence, Gordes, we offer a 32 m2 house, completely renovated in duplex R+1 (stairs) for 2 to 4 people. On the edge of the Étang de l'Olivier (220 ha) in a large landscaped garden with swimming pool, the apartment is rated 3 stars in the Furnished Tourism category. Quietly located on the 1st floor of our house, while being close to the old center of Istres, it has a unique view of the Étang de l'Olivier. The 50 m2 accommodation and its terrace have an entrance on the ground floor; it is almost independent of our own accommodation. Ideal for 2–3 people, it can accommodate up to 5.

Privacy is preserved at night by a curtain. The rooms are separated by a load-bearing wall. Personal apartment so I only rent to visitors with positive reviews.
