Dear vacationers, I am opening the doors of my 230 m² family home located in the heart of the village. A large living room with kitchen, living room and dining room open to the garden. The swimming pool and its barbecue area will enchant your summer meals. Thanks to an exceptional geographical location, you will be at the gates of the Petite Camargue, 15 minutes from the historic center of Montpellier, 20 minutes from the beaches and 5 minutes walk from the village lake. Parties are forbidden.

The rooftop studio in the heart of Luberon

Our house is located in the center of Vaugines, a small peaceful village. Studio with independent access on the top floor with a terrace with views of the rooftops, Ste Victoire and the garden. Two minutes away, the Place de la Fontaine with the Town Hall, the Insitio restaurant (for gourmets) and the café (pizzeria). In 10 and 30 minutes you will be in Lourmarin, Roque d'Anthèron, Aix-en-Provence, places of prestigious festivals. You will enjoy the paths, trails, roads crisscrossing the Luberon.

Located in a very quiet area on the heights of the village at the foot of Ventoux, this charming little 50 m2 house has its private entrance. A large terrace with garden furniture allows you to enjoy beautiful sunny days and mild evenings. On the ground floor are the large living room with living room, kitchen and living room, a bedroom and the bathroom. On the mezzanine, limited by height, a reading and rest area. The living room, kitchen, dining room, and 2 bedrooms have stunning sea views from the 4th floor. 1 bedroom with 180° sea view thanks to a bay window overlooking the beach + a bay window overlooking Sète through the dining room. The rooms are separated by a load-bearing wall. Everything is included: bed sheets, bathroom and beach towels, condiments, household products Possibility of concierge, cleaning.
