Embrace the tranquility and warmth of the mountains in this little paradise in the heart of the city. A house surrounded by pine trees and lots of greenery a few meters from the avenue. Recently renovated, it has two bedrooms. One of them has access to a balcony with a beautiful view of the property, perfect for contemplation. Central water heating, shower for a relaxing bath. Well-equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace, TV, Wi-Fi, dining room and game table. Ideal for a couple with children or 2 couples.

CHALÉ SONHO MEU, A PLACE CLOSER TO THE CLOUDS

The Sonho Meu cottage is located at an altitude of 1,480 meters in the middle of the mountains at the top of the Serra da Mantiqueira, a true paradise between Gonçalves and Monte Verde. The chalet has a privileged view of all the nature around it, with a fireplace in the living room to enjoy a delicious fondue and a glass of wine. In its outdoor area, there is a barbecue, a wood-burning stove for those who like an old-fashioned kitchen, and a heated Jacuzzi to relax while enjoying this beautiful scenery.

Casa Vista accommodates up to 2 people. Studio with 1 en-suite with a queen-size bed. Living room with 1 2-seat Sofa, and Kitchen integrated into the living room. High-end Trousseau bed linens in Egyptian cotton, Trousseau bath towels in Egyptian cotton and goose down pillows. Wi-Fi, soaking tub, gas fireplace, oil heater, Nespresso and air-conditioned wine cellar. Location with security camera (outside the house) with audio and video monitoring. The camera will be activated during your stay.

Located in Vila da Fonte, next to Pousada da Mantiqueira (formerly El Brujo), it has rustic decor, with wooden furniture, ceramics and a lovely fireplace for the cold nights of Monte Verde. It is close to a market, pharmacy, restaurants and bakery and is a 5-minute drive from the main Avenue. Comfortable accommodation for a couple or a family with children and pets.

Like Aconcágua and following the local constructions, this chalet is all solid stone, has a green grass roof and Andean architecture using rustic woods. The most beautiful sunset in the region!!
