I have decided to rent out my personal farm house\ guest house to happy road trippers seeking solitude and a peaceful surrounding. The house is within a valley surrounded by 48 hectares of open land,beautiful mountain (cederberg) backdrops and a river with three natural swimming areas within walking distance of the guest house and the place include a 25m lap pool right in front of the veranda! Oh and plenty of clean breathable air :). There is one full sized bed so its best suited for couples.

Ymansdam Self Catering Cottage

Ymansdam is situated next to the Tankwa Karoo National Park at the foot of the Roggeveld Mountain, about an hour's drive from Calvinia on the R355. The fully equipped self-catering cottage is ideal for 2 people. The cottage has an en-suite bathroom, small kitchen as well as a veranda with a fireplace and a splash pool. No electricity at the cottage. Guests can also choose a unique campsite that have ablution facilities. Visit Ymansdam and taste, experience and smell the lovely Karoo.

Unit is fitted with a smart Tv for streaming. Free Wi-Fi is available for the guests. Aircon and a swimming pool, private only for this unit. An outside Braai next to the Swimming Pool. Free parking. PLEASE NOTE! No outside guests are allowed without permission and will be charge a fee.

Meulsteenvlei Cottages offers self-catering holiday accommodation 8 km outside Nieuwoudtville and can accommodate 4 guests in 2 cottages, perfect for a farm escape. Die Skeerhok is an open-plan unit that can accommodate 2 guests with queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom a well equipped kitchen and an outdoor braai and a covered patio. The property also offers a nature trail that leads to a stunning view of the landscape. For added convenience, there is a solar power system.

Aan’t See House and Apartment is situated at 121 Strand Street in the quiet seaside village of Lambert’s Bay, and offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a 2-bedroom house ( 1x king size and 2 single beds) and a 1-bedroom apartment (1x king size or 2 single beds). The house and apartment is built on the rocks, with a small gate separating it from the sea. Both the house and the apartment offer lovely sea views. The property is fenced with an electric gate.
