This place has everything you can possibly need during your stay, it is at the end of a dead end street about 5 minutes walking distance from a beautifu beach where you can bathe, 10 minutes away from anything you can think of in Rincon. A hidden gem ❤️

Very privileged place. Private beach, Picina facing the sea and all amenities. Very accessible and close to everything. I was with my teenage boys and they loved him.

Cristina has an absolutely amazing property in an incredibly beautiful location. We had everything we needed right there in the house and then some. Everyone in my group agreed it was worth every single penny to enjoy a weekend in Rincón. Cristina as a host was also exceptional. Responded quickly when I was struggling to find the lockbox, and gave us easy and clear checkout instructions when it was unfortunately time to head out. 5 stars all the way through!

We always stay in Rincon every couple of months and concluded Ernest’s place is the best. Clean, comfy and cozy, everything as described and more. He is a great, responsive host always willing to help. He even left us two beach chairs and an umbrella without us asking. Definitely a super host and a great person. Will definitely return when we return to Rincon! 100/100 would DEFINITELY recommend. Thanks Ernest!

The location is perfect, the decor to die for! Had everything we needed! Furthest thing we did was 15 min away! Close and convenient to a lot! Thank you all for this experience!!!! Exactly as described and shown in the photos. The house is well decorated, impeccably clean, very comfortable beds, air conditioning in all areas of the house, television in all rooms and in the living room, enough towels for all guests, several beach chairs and the beautiful, clean pool with a spectacular view of Puerto Rico's greenery. Although it is located in a field-like area, that makes it a quiet place and the directions to get there are exact, so I did not need to communicate at all. It was a spectacular and unforgettable stay for a very special moment in my life with my family. If you choose this place, you won't regret it. I'm extremely grateful.

We loved the breezes, spaciousness and country feel of the house. We had a crawling baby with us and couldnt allow him to be out on the balconies. Puerto Rico building codes for railings differ a lot from the mainland. Our family definitely needed a car to access the supermarket and beaches. There is a wonderful produce stand close to the yummy Solecito coffee shop on Rte 115 as you approach Rincon. The plentiful roosters in the neighborhood like to crow a lot!

We found Dawn’s home last minute during an island blackout. The home was perfect as it has solar. It was also clean. Though it is a little tricky to find, following the instructions word-for-word got us there perfectly. I’m often in Rincón, and would definitely stay here again.

Yaneira's villa on the beach is a paradise. The accommodations, balcony and pool were amazing. The pelicans, private beach and coral reef were an extra special surprise. Bring your snorkeling gear, it is worth it!

Great location in a quiet part of town and minutes away from the town and beaches. Host was great and very responsive.

Had an amazing stay in Rincon, Puerto Rico! The property was right on the beach with stunning views—perfect for beach lovers. The place was spotless and beautifully maintained. Our host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The whole experience was seamless and stress-free. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing beach getaway!

This listing was beautiful! It was even better than the pictures! It was directly on the beach. They reached out with instructions and would answer immediately if you had any questions! I loved that we could rent beach chairs and an umbrella and that beach towels were already in the room. They also allowed us to keep the chairs and towels after check out until we were done at the beach! Thank you 🏖️☀️

Place is beautiful and clean, location right in front of the beautiful beach.

Really nice to have the outdoor space to hang out and cook. It was really great to be able to swim as well since a lot of beaches are reef and this is sandy. It is a bit small inside with just the bedrooms and they get really dark but it provided a nice sleep in. We rented a car and it was nice to be able to park it right outside. Lots of things to do within only a few minute drive! We enjoyed our stay!
