I loved the place, very quiet and comfortable, he was very friendly and was always attentive to any detail. Everything was very clean and in excellent condition, if I have to go back there I would choose it again.

This was a one of a kind experience. The cenote cannot be missed and in the morning we had it all to ourselves! It is so quiet out here, it’s a perfect place to stay to get away from noise. If you choose to stay, arrange transportation well in advance. It was a bit difficult to arrange a taxi out there, so my partner and I ended up leaving our luggage as Spanglish Hostel overnight and rented a scooter over to the Airbnb. Which was a lot of fun anyways :) Don’t miss this experience!!

Very nice accommodation, Mrs. Tere was an excellent host, she was attentive at all times. The gardens and clean pool, we had a great stay!!

Loved it, I felt right at home. If I go back to Valladolid, of course I will stay there again. I felt warm to Audrey and Alberto as if we were family. Super friendly offered me a blanket because there would be temperature drop, of her initiative. Thank you for having me with fruit, cookies and water. Those kinds of details make a difference. Vivyana's house is the perfect place to stay in Valladolid. It is in a very quiet cul-de-sac which is perfect for sleeping well but you can easily access the city center (20 minutes walk). The house is clean and very well-equipped, the beds are comfortable. The pool is a real plus and it is lovely. Lastly, and most importantly, we enjoyed meeting Vivyana who gave us great tips on things to visit in the area, especially her favorite cenotes which were gems. Thank you very much

We had a wonderful time at the ranch! The location is amazing — surrounded by nature, peaceful and beautiful. We went horseback riding and really enjoyed it — the horses are well cared for and calm. Andrea is incredibly friendly and welcoming, she made us feel right at home. Everything was just perfect. Thank you for a great experience!

This is an amazing place to rest, relax and unwind. The grounds are incredible and the staff can’t do enough to help. The host has been extremely helpful in organizing everything and we would love to visit again to enjoy such wonderful, peaceful surroundings and meet friends, again.
