Full of local culture with fantastic restaurants, cozy coffee shops, delightful bakeries, and unique local shops just steps away. This vibrant neighborhood is not only highly walkable but also safe, making it ideal for tourists looking to explore. The home is meticulously clean and thoughtfully equipped with everything you need to feel right at home. Jenifher was very responsive to our needs.

The home is beautiful and is in a peaceful area. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable the common area was inviting. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay in Cali, thanks to this beautiful house. It was so nice to wake up, go to the living room, and hear the birds chirping. We had air conditioning in the rooms, which was helpful for the times of the day when it got warmer. I think the small room downstairs has a fan instead. We took my kids and my son loved the ping pong table. It was nice to be close to supermarket, banks and beautiful restaurants, You can definitely walk there but walking back we would prefer to use a Uber since the house is up a hill. My children also loved to Cali Zoo. Nathalia was a very responsive and great host.

In this place they understood the importance of things smelling good: sheets, towels, interior space, etc. Very nice and with the plus of having a kitchen, fridge and washing machine.

The apartment is very nice, super clean and beautiful. the view is beautiful, from the balcony you can see a park with beautiful trees, green areas and the mountains, it is very comforting. If what you are looking for is a place to rest or work remotely this is the one indicated. the apartment has everything you need for a short or long stay. I really value the cleanliness of the place, 5 stars. Marenis and doña Gloria always respond on time, they are very helpful and willing to help. It is also close to shopping centers, easy access to transportation service, parks for exercise, green areas, the sector is quiet and nice has close neighborhood shops very well stocked.

If we could give Ossie, Amparo & Cristina a 10, we absolutely would. Her apartment is in an excellent location, super comfortable, and one of the few Airbnbs that truly has everything. Communication was top-notch, and the place instantly felt like home, cozy, spotless, and thoughtfully equipped. This was our Airbnb #47, so we’ve seen quite a few, and this one truly stands out. Whether you’re visiting for work or leisure, we recommend it 110%!

Exactly what it says online if not better. Really cozy place felt right at home, surrounded by a lot of restaurants walking distance everything is literally right there. Recommended place, the area is very nice, residential and quiet, there are different places to eat and is close to areas of interest in Cali. The apartment is just like the photos, thanks to Jonathan for always being aware of communication.

The place I booked was not available, however, Alex fixed very quickly and stayed in an apartment with more comfort and luxuries. I'm super grateful, because I felt right at home. Alex is an excellent host and I would definitely stay again in one of his apts. The only opportunity for improvement is for them to put a WIFI signal repeater in the main room as the connection is intermittent.
