Great in town location, recently renovated kitchen and bath, Luxury Vinyl Plank floors, and nicely appointed with dedicated workspace, off street parking, convenient to shopping and restaurants. We host Travelers for the local hospital and other medical facilities. Pet Notes: Pets are to be approved in advance, Pets are welcome but there is a pet fee based on number of dogs and breed. Victoria is an Incredible host—from Day 1 where responded to my need for help and carried my bag up the short flight of stairs (leading to house which is all one level) plus extra blankets to Day 2 where she presented me with hypoallergenic detergent (so kind!) plus other items to Day 8 where she gave me a generous late check out - and in between I enjoyed her incredibly clean, spacious home! The house is well designed for privacy and socializing. Bed, chairs, sofas are Plush! Kitchen stocked, plus new appliances. Liked the microwave cover (saved me when making oatmeal). Ice and tap water via fridge. Shower was terrific- steady pressure and abundant hot water. Hair dryer fast drying. The washer & dryer were easy to figure out. Victoria herself is delightful! She emanates a calm, peaceful, soothing energy. I enjoyed speaking with her on multiple occasions. There were also nights when I wanted privacy and received plenty of alone time.

We stayed only one night before heading out early to visit Congaree National Park which is about 30 minutes away. Our stay was comfortable, Marybeth was very friendly. We booked the Serengeti room for 3 guests before Marybeth removed the sofa bed. She notified us and was kind enough to provide us the Kenya room for free since when we had booked the room could accommodation three people.
