Excellent duplex house 100 meters from the beach, Cozy, pleasant place, close to the beach with comfort and practicality. There are 4 bedrooms, all with Air-conditioning, well furnished. We have an adult pool, children's pool, Jacuzzi and steam sauna with water access to the pool. We also have two full barbecue spaces with tables, chairs, barbecue, skewers and grill, sink and private bathroom. Public parking is available in front of the condominium.
