Modern apartment built in the year 2022 quiet and well-located. Located a 5-minute walk from the Vila da Madalena Center and the restaurants and bars. The bathing areas of the village are close as well as public transport. In the vicinity of the Apartment there are grocery areas and also the Municipal Health Center There are 4 tennis courts in the area ( 2 in the campsite where there is also a Bar and the others In the Jardim dos Maroiços area right in the center of the Village).

This tradicional stone house rightly bears the name "Casa Vista Fantástica". Look forward to a fantastic, unobstructed view of the wide Atlantic Ocean and the neighboring island of Pico with Portugal's highest mountain "Montanha do Pico", 2,351m. The rooms go up to the roof and convey a great feeling of space. The jewel of the house is the large conservatory, wich is glazed on 3 sides inluding the roof, and which might be better be called a summer garden.
