Holiday rentals with a patio in Caldas

Great location, close to many good restaurants and cafe. At night the area is peaceful and very little traffic to disrupt your sleep.

This is by far the best Airbnb I styed in medellin ! The apartment and everything in it was brand new. Julian & Carolina are very attentive hosts that pay attention to every small detail in the unit . They are also very friendly, responsive and helpful with great tips. The apartment was sparkly clean with beautiful decor and look much better then the pictures. The balcony is huge with a great view of the mountains and the sunset and have plant of space to host friends. The building stuff are super friendly as well and this building is very comfortable for a long stay . The building has a well occupied gym , great restaurant with lots of healthy dish selection , great super market and you also have a private & guests parking . Also great location next to the best mall in Medellin . Look no farther this is by far the best value for your money in Medellin .

Great place, beautiful area, a lot of activities that can be done. You have some of the best views from the apartment. There’s a mall that’s across the street, and has anything you need. The area is as well great, less of a tourist feel and more with the locals. The owner is very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended again.

Alojamiento cómodo y agradable, tal cual las imágenes, está muy bien dotado. Se encuentra en una zona bien, anfitriona amable y cordial. Cuenta con todo el menaje de cocina (arrocera, licuadora, ollas, vajilla, etc...)

Un hermoso lugar, la atención de Andrés súper amable todo el tiempo, atento a lo que puedas necesitar, súper tranquilo el entorno, muy cómodo, limpio y con muy bonita energía, lo recomiendo 100%, un plus es que puedes desayunar en el balcón y alrededor vas a ver ardillas y aves todo el tiempo, increíble, me encantó.

Ricardo fue muy atento y servicial. El apartamento es bastante grande y fue perfecto para la familia. La locación es ideal, cerca de centros comerciales y restaurantes caminando. El sitio muy tranquilo y de fácil acceso. Sin duda volveremos!

Juan and his wife are amazing hosts. We utilized their chef service, fully customizable menus. Breakfast daily with a couple of scheduled dinners for our full house. Extremely accommodating. We needed a pair of crouches for a twisted ankle and Juan got us a new pair. Daily cleanings with laundry service. The house is the perfect size with great outdoor space. The pool is heated for those chillier Medellín nights. The view has to be the best view in the whole city hands down.!!! Thank you guys so much !!

La zona es muy tranquila y central, el lugar es cómodo, frente al apartamento hay una panadería deliciosa. El único inconveniente fueron las huéspedes que llegaron al día siguiente a alojarse en el segundo piso, pero no es problema del anfitrión, solo falta de cultura por parte de las personas que llegaron a alojarse. Cristian es muy rápido en responder y es muy amable.

We had the perfect family vacation in a great city, friendly people! Lots of transportation resources, necessary to move in this very hilly town! Everybody is very kind and willing to help tourists. Host is very responsive and willing to help too. Thank you very much! I give this location a 5 star rating!!

Estuve con mi familia en este lugar y la verdad nos encantó. El apartamento tenia de todo, lavadora, secadora, cafetera, cocina bien equipada, jacuzzi, en fin súper cómodo. Andrés, el host, siempre respondió super rápido y estuvo pendiente de todo. La zona es muy tranquila, ideal para descansar, pero al mismo tiempo queda cerca de todo lo turístico y del parque, así que nos movimos fácil. muy recomendado, nos sentimos como en casa.

Una casa hermosa, limpia, moderna, organizada, con un excelente anfitrión, una buena ubicación, un barrio tranquilo y seguro.

Cesar did a great job of taking care of us while we were in the house and was very responsive with anything we needed including getting breakfast made for us daily and someone to come iron our clothes on wedding day. Carlos was fantastic providing us rides on demand as needed and anything else we may have needed. Also a great tour guide. Carlos and Cesar will make your vacation to Medellin one to remember.

Divino el apartamento, todo es muy agradable, está bien dotado, la terraza en donde está el jacuzzi es muy agradable y en general todo el lugar corresponde a lo mencionado en el anuncio. Ten en cuenta que a diferencia de otros Airbnb, no encontrarás alimentos básicos para cocinar, como por ejemplo, sal o aceite. Sin embargo, tienen una cortesía en donde se incluye una botella de vino y café. Agradecemos por esto. También para que lo tengas presente no encontrarás toallas de cocina o limpiones. Por lo demás todo fue perfecto, está muy bien ubicado y dentro de las zonas comunes tienes muchas comodidades. Está muy bien, dotado de toallas, cobijas, almohadas y utensilios necesarios de cocina.

Camilo fue muy amable cuando le comentamos nuestro itinerario, el lugar es muy lindo y bastante privado, el restaurante del lugar es muy rico y los Ubers tienen el permiso de llegar a recogerte hasta el lobby, los vigilantes muy amables y serviciales, el lugar esta muy limpio y con bastante servicios disponibles, ademas, practican el reciclaje! Volveria sin duda a quedarme en el alojamiento de Camilo

We loved our stay in Poblado. The flat is close to everything, easy to hail an uber to museums, shops, everything. It was our first trip to Medellin, and we loved it. The people are lovely and eager to help. We felt very safe, but as in any city, you need to be aware of your surroundings. The flat was well appointed, comfortable and just perfect for our needs. We. would. not hesitate to. stay here again.

Great location clean and open rooms was nice size and the 4 flight walk up was worth it will book again.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in El Poblado, Medellín! The apartment was spotless, stylish, and fully equipped with everything I needed—from kitchen essentials to reliable Wi-Fi and comfortable bedding. The location was perfect: walking distance to restaurants, cafés, and shops, but still in a quiet, safe area. Juanma was incredibly responsive and kind, always available to answer questions or offer recommendations. It’s clear a lot of care went into creating a welcoming and comfortable space. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Medellín!

This place was just as beautiful as the pictures. It’s in a perfect area where you can walk around to cafes, restaurants, and stores. It’s a short cab ride away from the train station, and very central if you are traveling to other parts of the city. We made use of basically all of the amenities and everything was great. Juan Pablo was super responsive and very helpful.
