Home on the water is beautiful! Very comfortable, beautiful decoration and spotless. Well stocked kitchen for all your needs, great linens, comfortable beds. Parking right outside the door was very convenient. Anaïs was very responsive and friendly, easy communication.

Emmanuelle was flexible with our arrival time, welcoming and friendly. I recommend this accommodation which is very well located (only a few minutes' walk from the beach).

The apartment is in excellent condition, perfectly equipped for a pleasant stay. Ideal location — close to the beach and all amenities. Fresh fish is sold every morning at the port! Thanks to the hostess for her warm welcome!

The apartment is spacious and very well-equipped: everything to make your stay easier (coffee, dishwasher tablets, washing machine, coffee, canal +, Netflix , 2 paddles available, bluetooth speaker ...) Virginia's welcome and her husband is warm and they are lovely hosts, responsive and discreet. They are also very flexible on check in and check out times. What we preferred is the location with its breathtaking view of Toulon Bay, very beautiful sunsets. But also the swimming pool for private use on a beautiful wooded terrace and with pretty flowers. The harbor is a 5-minute walk with restaurants (we tried and liked the 111) The coastal path a few minutes from the apartment is also very nice.

Very good stay in a practical and functional house! The house is well equipped, perfect for a family stay. I was a little worried at first because of the open terrace on the pool side, but the residence turned out to be very quiet and family-friendly, which quickly reassured us. We had a relaxing week, between the beach and the pool (still a little cool in this season, but pleasant). There were 4 of us, with two older children, and everyone was comfortable. I would recommend it in a second!

Wonderful place to stay! The large pool, which is only used by a few people, was right outside the door and there were lots of cozy seating! The apartment fits the chill flair of the beaches of Hyeres. The landlords were helpful and very likeable! If you are looking for something very quiet, you could disturb the street and the airport. It didn't bother us at all. The beach is within walking distance and in a few minutes you are by car at the port of Hyeres. Clear recommendation!

Really nice villa with a stunning view. The house is very convenient for a group of friends as it allows privacy for each couples and amazing corners for the diner. Last but not least the petanque corner is so cool !

We had a great stay, the accomodation was clean and well taken care of. Everything we needed was available. The pool was really nice for a relaxing afternoon or after a long walk. A very nice retreat with a great view in a great location! The host was also very friendly and responded quickly to any questions we had. They were also very flexible allowing us to arrive late. Overall a fantastic place to stay if you want to relax or explore the area.

Unique. Very nice location, quiet, direct access to the sea or 5 min to the sandy beach Renécros. Very pleasant and fast communication with Sébastien. Only: I am 190 cm tall, the beds above the ship's ladder with 170 cm ceiling height are a lesson in humility. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

House from the 20s of the 20th century with special character and original parts(front door, wrought iron). Carefully renovated. Fantastic location right by the sea and short distances to bakery, supermarket, place, train station, etc. Good amenities and no sterile turnaround from the furniture store. Friendly and uncomplicated on-site briefing.

House on several levels with 3 small bedrooms, a shower room and a very nice bedroom with its bathroom. We preferred the outdoor kitchen to the recent indoor kitchen, which allows you to enjoy the exceptional view of the bay and its sunsets.

An unforgettable view that we're still dreaming of. Nothing beats the moment when you open the shutters in the morning and are greeted with glittering blue sea, or falling asleep to the sound of the waves. Such a special place, we will be back. Igor is a kind and understanding host.

Awesome place! There were 6 of us during Christmas week. We "enjoyed" the calm, the sun, the view, the walks on the peninsula, Hyères les palmiers and Monaco, the wines produced by Stéphane our host, the wind that blew more than 80 km away and the bright waves on the terrace for the first 2 days, billiards,... Well-equipped kitchen for cooking! The small gate of the terrace is 50cm from the sea! It allows you to go swimming or paddleboard directly or take the coastal path that passes right in front of the terrace or to have your coffee with your feet in the water;) Stéphane is helpful, attentive, good advice, excellent winemaker and caring!
