Beautiful house in Alorda Park Urbanization, Calafell, very close to the beach. On the ground floor we find the living room together with the kitchen, a bathroom and a private terrace with porch. Upstairs there are 3 double bedrooms with two terraces and a bathroom. In the basement there is a living room with a projector, laundry and the fourth bedroom, with two single beds. The development has security, 3 swimming pools, a bar restaurant, parking and children's play areas.
