Melodie Home Menorca is a newly renovated 5 bedroom villa only 400m (5min walk) from the stunning Sa caleta Beach and 1.5km from the center of Ciutadella Other gorgeous beaches are within minutes from the house. Cala Santandria is 1km away and Cala Blanca is 3km away. Mahon airport is 45km away. Guests must be older than 24 to be able to book.

SEA FRONT APARTMENT WITH VIEWS

IMPORTANT: Contact before booking so that I can tell you the conditions. In July and August, the rent will be for full weeks or fortnights, and a maximum of one day will be left between bookings. Beachfront apartment overlooking the Cap D'Artrutx Lighthouse. It has a community pool and garden, two double bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen, and living room. It has a washing machine, dishwasher, and a full kitchen with an oven and microwave. Linens and towels are included.

Charming house in the historic center of Ciutadella

Fully restored and equipped house in historic downtown. Located on a pedestrian street and very quiet, it retains typical vaulted ceilings. The house consists of the ground floor, where the kitchen, living room and a small indoor patio that gives light and life to the house are located. On a first level, we found a double bedroom and bathroom. On a second level, two double bedrooms and a bath. Going up to the rooftop we find the laundry area.

Two living rooms, one with an 86" TV and the other with a 65" TV. You will have a perfect stay, you can enjoy a unique environment, with total privacy and with all the luxuries.
